Cape Town is said to hibernate during the winter season but by the looks of it, there’s still plenty going on to keep you busy this May. So far, we’ve been blessed with (some) rain and a lot of sunshine this autumn. And though there are still lots of things to do outdoors this month, I’ve also included quite a few indoor options to give you the best of both worlds. So, I guess it’s time to plan your next date night! Whatever you choose, I hope that it’s the perfect opportunity to connect with your partner and share some romance.
This month’s date night idea at home seems pretty obvious, to me that is, and maybe to you if you’ve been following my blog. Having just launched The Love Box (Your Ultimate Date Night Gift) on my blog, I am totally going to recommend this as a perfect date night at home. Everything you need to create a beautiful experience for the two of you spending quality time together is in the box. Set the mood by lighting a candle, have a romantic bath together while you nibble on some chocolate and sip some (non-alcoholic) gin and tonic, have a real conversation without interruptions, followed by a massage for both of you (be fair!) and taking the night to wherever it leads you…
